Trade Lake Mutual Insurance Company

First I want to say I can’t find anything good to say! They are crooked we pay insurance every year and when we need something fixed do to wind they won’t cover it! Will never do business with such a crooked company!

We've had Trade Lake Mutual for close to 10 years. Seemed great until we had to make a claim. As soon as the storm happened, at least half a dozen people told me "Good Luck". That's when I started hearing horror stories from people who've filed claims with Trade Lake. When we started our policy we asked for total replacement. Even though that's what we asked for and that's what we believe we were being charged for, we were told that by law they only had to cover 2 sides of the house and roof. So they tell you you're buying one policy and actually sell you another. Then on our new pole shed, I was told they filed it under the wrong line item so they held back $10,900. Which means they made a mistake and openly admitted it. They aren't paying out the money owed for their mistake.

THE MOST ROTTEN PEOPLE I EVER DEALT WITH .JACKY CHON MICHELLE MICEVERS FILED FUELS REPORTS ON ME SAYING I THREATEN THEM WITH PHYSICAL HARM PUSHED HER DOWN TO THE GROUND AND WAS CUSSING AT THEM. ALL TO GET OUT OF PAYING A CLAIM. THEY ALSO HAD SUMMIT ADJUSTMENT MAKE FUELS STATEMENTS TO THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT TO GET OUT OF PAY THE CLAIM AND TO RILE THEM UP TO HARASS ME. IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE I WOULD RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION ESPECIALLY THERE ATTORNEY BRAD AYERS AND JACKY CHON. WATCH YOUR BACK THEY WILL GET THERE FRENDS TO LIE FOR THEM OR CREATE PROBLEMS FOR YOU TO GET OUT OF PAYING A CLAIM. THEY DID IT TO ME THEY HAVE NO REMORSE OR INTAGERTY.

They do not incrementally increase your rates while you are not paying attention. Long time customer, always satisfied with the great service.
