On March 5th, I was contacted about me being able to get a cheaper insurance. The agent Nicole Buso said that she had a cheaper alternative for my insurance. I of course agreed. She mentioned that this other policy was great that I could even cheaper if I decided that I got an app that tracks my car. I said I would see if everyone on my policy was willing. Turns out that this app was already built into the quote and that by removing it, I would have an even more expensive premium that I had to begin with. I did not know this until I read through the policy that was sent to my email. I called back in the next few minutes and mentioned that this was not explained properly on the phone. The service Department at Marietta Toyota was excellent. The staff was friendly and understood the things that you needed done to your vehicle and they didn’t push you to try and do extra things to your vehicle. 10 of 10!!
