I tried desperately to have my leaking roof repaired after having them as my insurance provider for many years. Not only did they refuse to help in any way they also threatened me with court for a false claim. When all I had done was call and ask questions about their procedures for filing a claim. I ended up dumping them and going with Progressive. I wanted to keep my business with a local company. But they made it impossible.
I loved T and C when They represented me.
