The staff here are amazing, Josie is extremely helpful with all my questions or reaches out to me if there has been a policy update. Just the awareness of the staff and friendliness make me want to always stay here. The open communication is a lot better here then I experienced at State Farm.

Town and County has always been quick to respond and help with any questions, changes or claims I have ever made. Any time I have called I have been treated like I was their most important client. Josie Simonson has been an excellent agent. Always on top of things. If you are looking for insurance for your home, auto or "toys", I would recommend them.

Heather O’ Brien at Town & Country was efficient, kind, and easy to deal with. She had a new policy ready for me in about 24 hours. I’m very happy with her service and the money she saved me, best of all, she had time for all of my questions, I mean all!

Connie Wilson was amazing. She went above and beyond to meet our various private and business-related insurance needs by frequently looking for better deals, taking the time to talk with us about our needs or changes, giving professional yet personalized advice, etc. We NEVER worried about our insurance while it was in her hands. She even met with our son, and bought him a pop, when he started driving to talk with him about safe driving habits, etc. She was truly amazing. Now that Connie is retired, we are hoping we receive similar service from other Town & Country reps.

I have nothing but good things to say about Town and Country and the staff! Every time I call they answer in a very professional and welcoming greeting. Aly has written all of my polices and works to find the best coverage for the best price. The staff also haveconstant communication with you the entire time! Hands down would recommend them to anybody who is looking to insure anything!
