Don't put your insurance with them, I've been trying to communicate for almost 1 month because I wanted to cancel the insurance and now they're charging me and they don't even answer my phone as they know it's me, I feel cheated, you don't play with someone else's money, it's almost 400 dollars that they charged me when I already called to cancel it and they don't give me an answer, a total disappointment!!!!!! I was attended by a certain Pamela, at first very good at earning money and when I no longer served her for more she doesn't even want to answer, it's a lack of respect and ethics, this company and its workers shouldn't be more.My advice is don't do anything with them.

I have had my insurance with Total Insurance Systems for over 5 years and am really happy with their service. Everytime my renewal comes they give me the best rates . The owners are very helpful as well as the staff. I would recommend them for auto and homeowners.

Their customer service is terrible. They rarely respond to my emails, and I have to send many follow up emails. When they do respond to my emails, the emails are short and uninformative. When I call them on the phone, they are rude and unhelpful, and the representatives that I am looking for are rarely available. I would not recommend working with them at all.
