Toro Insurance Agency - Make it simple

I am submitting this complaint to formally document the negligence and failure of duty by this insurance agency in its handling of my commercial vehicle insurance. After four (4) years of continuous operation, my operating authority was canceled as a direct result of the agency’s failure to respond to required communications from the insurance carrier. Both the insurance company and the agent have confirmed the dates on which the necessary documentation was sent and received, as well as the lack of timely response from the agency. As my appointed insurance representative, the agency had a professional and fiduciary obligation to act promptly and in my best interest. Their failure to do so constitutes a breach of that duty and resulted in significant and avoidable harm to my business. Ad
