I have been a customer of Tony Burris State Farm agency for almost two decades. Even living in Houston, I always receive the best customer service and they take care of all my policies. Tony and Ms. Karin do a fantastic job taking care of any family or friends I refer! I highly recommend this agency to take care of your insurance needs!

These folks cancelled my policy after a month due to a ticket years ago. While i understand about tickets, the agent, Emily, who first reached out to me at the beginning of the month should have properly explained this issue so I can get my $376 back and move on. Instead she kept calling about the beacon and a certificate. She (not Tony because he was clueless every time I called, but Karin) waited until last night to tell me my policy is cancelled at the end of February… a day away….. State Farm are definitely not good neighbors, just greedy folks who fail to communicate properly.
