Tommy Reece - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would highly recommend Tommy Reece’s office. We recently decided to switch our State Farm insurance to a new agent as well as making some changes to our auto insurance. The entire staff is wonderful to work with. They definitely make you feel seen and heard with your concerns. Agent Nic made this process as quick and painless as possible. He saved us money and facilitated changes we had been trying to make for years. He was very professional, helpful and thorough. We are extremely happy with our decision to switch.

I'm posting this review because an agent from this location - Mr. Nicolas Bandini - was one of the gazillion persons who contacted me by text, phone, and email after I clicked on one of those YouTube ads informing me they could save me money on my car insurance and they couldn't. I texted him back kindly letting him know I already had a great deal but thanks for the call. Then I replied to his email message expressing my frustration letting him know I wish I had never clicked on that YouTube ad because the agents had been relentless, and instead of just showing me rates they had been pelting me with calls and texts and emails and not one quote was less than I was paying currently with Safeco and I shared with him my rate and thanked him for checking on me but "thanks, but no thanks" basi

Excellent price and the staff are very helpful. I called asking about a renters policy and ended up switching my auto insurance over too, once they had shown me how much I would save. They really assessed my situation and gave me great recommendations. I will definitely be calling again when I start looking for a life insurance policy!
