I was happy with Tom until recently when I was given a new policy for my newly purchased car. Tom had given me a quote for both of my cars that I was satisfied with. However, when I looked at the upcoming bill, I noticed it was much higher than we had discussed. Tom said the extra was to cover the additional days from the billing day and promised me it was a one-time charge. I left it alone and believed him. When I checked my bill for the next month, I saw a much higher charge than we had agreed upon. Long story short, Tom was not upfront and lied about hidden charges. When I addressed the matter with him, there was no one to talk to, and he didn’t try to help with the matter.
