The staff have all been extremely patient and helpful, going above and beyond to assist in setting up a new policy. Communication has been outstanding, from step one all the way through, making sure I understood options, plans, and additional services available through their office- I am beyond appreciative for all they have done! They are local, and very community involved & it shows- Highly recommend!

Right before the holidays, 200 miles away, our daughter hit a deer. Elizabeth quickly handled everything to get the tow, repairs started and a rental car so she didn't miss class, work or coming back home for the family get together. Thank you so much!

Very impressed with the service (and pricing) that Tom and Elizabeth provided for Renter's Insurance. I called and spoke to Elizabeth on a Friday, 5 minutes before their office closed. She was gracious enough to answer my questions even though she had to stay 5 minutes late! 🙂 I was promised an email with a quote immediately following the weekend and sure enough, the email arrived on Monday. The monthly rate and amount of coverage was fantastic, so I got on the phone again a couple of days later and made my first payment! I've never used State Farm before but so thankful that FORBES magazine ranked S.F. as one of the top 5.
