Long story short…I needed to get a document faxed over somewhere that was very, very important and time sensitive. Michelle who works there for the next 3 hours went above and beyond to make sure she was able to track down the document and get it to the proper people. She called me along the way to let me know what was going on and she was just so helpful I really was shocked at how amazing she was. Truly a gem and they should be lucky to have her working there. Ask for Michelle if you want an amazing experience!

Although Michelle is great, never heard from Tom after getting better prices elsewhere. Would say he doesn't care about customer service. Taking my business away. My suggestion is go to a different State Farm agent
