Highly recommend Tom Roessner and his staff at State Farm in Saugerties. Tom and Eileen listened to me to understand throughly what my insurance needs were and secured coverage to meet my needs at a favorable price.

First, I must say that I am very impressed with this office and the staff. My car had got into an accident in Queens, NY where a truck backed into it, the car was towed by Queens Finest Auto-Body Collision in Queens. Queens Finest Auto-Body refused to release my car because they wanted to do the body work on the car and I wanted to take the car to somewhere that was recognized by State Farm. (State Farm's Preferred Shop). Queens Finest Auto-Body did not want to give an itemized bill for the charges of towing and storage. This went on for a week until I called Tom's office explaining what was happening. Eileen got in contact with the claim department right away and got my car out by the end of the day. I went to the general submitted the required information and less than a minute later I received a call from Travis an account manager. Not only was Travis helpful in finding me the right policy he also hooked me up with renters Insurance which only cost about 7$ a month,Very professional I would highly recommend this office to friends family or strangers off the street. Tom, his team and State Farm are great. I have been with them for 10 years. Anytime there has been an issue Tom and staff are right on top of it. Highly recommend. Great rates too!
