Last wk I had to make a change to my insurance policy and agent Pamela Driskell handled my call. She took care of me in a very professional manner but beyond that she showed a degree of kindness that I've come to expect from the Tom Rivera agency. Ive been a policy holder with State Farm for many years and it's not just the great policy coverage and protection that makes me a loyal customer. It's the friendly way that I'm spoken to and treated that makes it more than just a business transaction.

I've been with State Farm for 42 years, and with Tom Rivera as my agent for at least 20 of those years. THIS particular agent has made a real difference, and I learned early on that there is a difference in the agents. I have used Rivera's office for my small business insurance, workmans comp, our house, RV's & trailers, 4 kids cars teens through college, motorcycles and more.
