Tom Richards - State Farm Insurance Agent

Tom Richards is one of the finest agent's I have ever met. I have been with State Farm for 17 years and have never had an issue. Not only does State Farm send us reminders when bills are due I feel it's our due diligence to remember when our bills are due vs relying on anyone to advise us of this. We don't get reminders for our electric or car payment!! I would recommend this agency to all my friends and family. I also have known the office manager and the staff for years and they are the MOST caring people I know. I would NEVER leave a bad review for my lack of responsibility.

My family has been a member of Tom Richards agency since opening 41 years ago. Home and auto policies have been managed with extreme professional knowledge by both Mr. Richards and his competent and experienced staff. Allison, Claudia and Tracy always represent the agency with friendly and positive attitude while finding solutions to any question or request. Not the "Good Neighbor" they advertise to be. My grandsons first encounter with a major auto insure turn out to be a disaster. Their typo on his address cost him to not receive important premium information and now they are refusing to correct their err thus costing this hardworking honor roll student hundreds more dollars than the quoted premium. It a shame his first experience in the business world leaves a bad taste.

I’ve been in insurance industry for 36 years, and hearing how this car insurance company has treated and targeted a customer means they don’t deserve anyone’s business!!! Lots of other competitors would love that business. Seen many businesses close doors over the years for this stuff
