Tom Paterson Insurance: Allstate Insurance

I am writing to address an ongoing issue that has not yet been resolved. I have reached out multiple times to Tom Patterson regarding an ethical concern related to a policy but I have yet to receive a phone call from him directly as requested. I will move forward accordingly now with my complaints regarding the ethical practice and treatment at this insurance location.

Cecil and Amber are both awesome! Great service, great response time, always get back to you right away. Great prices as well.

This agency contacted me re my search for a newer/cheaper policy. I was approached in a way that suggested that if I listened to their offer, it could be worth my time. I am very satisfied/happy that I did. The new rate is comparable/better to what I was paying another in’s co in 2022/2023. I am hoping for a long relationship with them. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Julie A!!!

I am very thankful for Allstate to me they are the best. When I needed them the most they were there to assist me. And in a timely manner after being over charged where I was at for years with another company Allstate was able to reduce my rate more than half. And lets not forget the kindness they gave to me. I will never leave Allstate I am Allstate for life...

The agent is fine, no worries. The corporate office is horrible. Worst mistake of my life getting Life Insurance with Lincoln Life Benefit. Do not go with Lincoln Life. 3 levels of management on the phone was rude and unfriendly to work with.
