Tom Maler - GEICO Insurance Agent

Drove all the way here because I was interested in switching. Always have a difficult time making it after work since they close so early. Made the drive on a saturday since they say they’re open till 3pm (online & at their door). Turns out, they’re closed. Unreliable and untrustworthy.

Geico does not insure homes only cars. Tom Malers office did not tell or explain that at signing. I paid in full and my homeowners insurance was cancelled 4 weeks latter. I'll have to find another company for home and auto. It wasn't anything we did. I can't recommend him or Geico.

Finally a local office in Katy not far from Richmond, 5 or 10 minutes away I got the insurance that I needed, Allstate could not satisfied what I need it done and their office was up in North Dallas instead question mark, Judy a Geico was awesome, she got me taken care of immediately, a friend of mine needed insurance I called her up she was able to do that over the phone and email proof of insurance! I could not ask for quicker and faster service! And plus I saved money over Allstate! Homeowners and my car insurance saved money, my friends saved money, I couldn't ask for a better ending

Fake timing provided. I came to this location at 1:30 pm. On Saturday it suppose to be open till 3. But when ai arrive it was already close. Scammers.

Superb customer service by agent Judy Rios! She was able to find me a great deal on my auto and home! Coverages were decent and my premium ,well I cant complain. She took the time to explain what each policy consisted with and was patient/ helpful with my questions and concerns. I would 100% recommend her as your insurance agent !! Thank you JUDY !
