Although everything was done over the phone, both Tom and Heather were more than proficient in their knowledge of what is needed, as I was leaving a car insurance company I had been dealing with for the last 10 years, but their rates continued to increase even though there was nothing negative on my record and I faithfully paid on time as well as having other insurance coverage with them. Tom and Heather continued to keep in touch with me until I made the final decision regarding the switch over. Both are very friendly and professional and not pushy. 😊
