Tom Guckian - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with Tom Guckian State Farm for over 30 years. Although I haven't always been satisfied with the customer relations experiences and service received (hence the 3-star rating,) KAYLA has always been amazing! She is incredibly knowledgable, respectful, kind and patient with me in explaining answers to my many insurance questions. And she responds quickly to my requests for insurance documents needed from time to time. She's a keeper for sure!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from an insurance agent, won't fix their screw up on my policy, can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they put you on endless holds until the call disconnects... Save your money and go somewhere else who actually wants to provide you with a service and not keep you on hold for half the day for a simple policy change

My experience with state farm has been wonderful and all thanks to Quiara diaz. she has been very professional since day one. she is by far the best agent i have ever come across. She take cares of business asap .and she will go out of her way to help you and make your experience with tom and his staff the best

Tom has been our State Farm agent for 25 years. We have always found him responsive and his staff to be incredibly responsive. He seems have a genuine interest in making certain we are well cared for

I’m not even leaving one star. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, or State Farm in general! They’re charging me for months that I’ve paid? Granted I’ve gone in person all 3 months in a row (November 2018-January 2019) to pay my insurance, and they never told me anything!?! This could of easily been avoided! My whole family has had bad experiences! Hopefully soon I’ll be cancelling my insurance.
