Although Tom and his staff are nice. State Farm as a whole is terrible. I made a claim with them over a month ago. I have had three adjusters assigned to me where appointments were made for them to come out. Then on that day they don’t show or even call. Meanwhile I had to take off of work to be home for them. Totally unprofessional.
as far as I am concerned they should not even get one star they did nothing but waste my time over a two week period and then had me come in to sign papers @hours later told not going to write policy because a drunk driver drove into my house which i disclosed in our very first our first conversation in which was not a problem until time to sign papers they have wasted 5 hours of my time
Tom is very professional and very caring, excellent service and nice environment. Thank you for everything. Really recommend.
