Tom Deladvitch - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm with Tom Deladvitch for so many many years. Over 30 years didn't want to seem old. However; today I talked with a young man who was very knowledgeable, concerned, and kind. This young man deserves an award for the best customer service representatives and the best people award. Joe Deladvitch is following in his father foot steps and doing a fantastic job. This young man goes beyond his job title expectations. He makes sure you understand your options. He takes his time and listen to your needs and concerns. It was a pleasant experience.

I have taken care of business for my son maybe five times out of the 35 years or so he has been with State Farm. I have not always been happy with the way to which I was responded. One time I felt I was deceived, although not intentionally. However, Ms. Angela Gibson is wonderful!!! I don't know if she is a new employee. I have not dealt with her before. If there are any issues in the future, I will ask for Angela. She is an absolute joy to deal with!

Been a customer for over 10 yrs. I called to add a policy and was told it would take a week to provide me with just a quote. Customer service in that office has gone down hill . I think it's time to go to another agency that will values my time. What happened to that.... lika a good neighbor Statefarm is there hospitality. and service?
