Esperanza, given the whole situation was beyond helpful. She was a fantastic help. Overall the experience was painful otherwise because each agent has a different quotation and each agent operates individually as compared to one State Farm, which simply does not make sense to me.State farm got me a pretty decent price as well, so that's good, but the experience of getting things done if you do not want to give your card information on call and would want to give this on a website was absolutely terrible. The website looped me between the agent and the website. The website kept on telling me to call the agent with the quotation, and the agent kept telling me to finalize the payment on the website, an infinitive loop. And the app needs working on as well

I want to say that Lorena was so easy to work with on not only getting me the quote for my car insurance but also my home insurance. The quotes I received were so good, there was nothing to think over on switching to State Farm. I highly recommend Todd Sahara’s office to help with any type of insurance needs.
