A one move is pay my broken down lion and I told Heather to do clam on it and if they ill report state fram to insurance downtown here for not payment claims well I'm. Sure would be riping off. Over chargeing I just caneal out my insurance go through different one please know was ok with them last I 2025 $hould be $200.00 little high my p for my pricing rate that isn't the right rate I may have to go through a different one this will probably be the last year that I used them

My entire family has been with State Farm and Todd specifically as our agent for a very long time. They have been absolutely amazing during very difficult times. Just recently, heather stay an entire hour if not more past closing (with her cute pup though) to help me file a claim for a car accident. I was emotional, stressed, unsure of what to do and she walked me through every step. She also made it a priority to make sure I was ok and everyone was ok and to keep me calm. She was like a friend and I feel that is exactly what you need when you are in such a vulnerable situation.

I've worked with Dawn from this office for a few years now and she's always been great! A bit more time required for responses during the busy months, however great about getting me exactly what I need and making sure I'm getting the best coverage/discounts possible!

Local staff is outstanding. I had an issue a few years ago with adjusters in Omaha but when they realized they had dropped the ball on my claim, they waived my deductible and paid for everything. I have been with Todd Adamson's agency for 18 years and with State Farm for 47 and it has been many, many years of complete satisfaction with just an occasional hiccup. That's pretty hard to top.

Promised made, money paid and nothing to show for it. Absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. They lied about our claim, they said they would pay on a rental that I was later charged for. They blamed the cars issues on wear and tear after my mechanic said it should be cover among many other things then denied the claim and we are left with nothing but a car payment and no car. Do not use state fraud.
