This company gave the keys to the house we were selling before giving us the proceeds from the sale (By over 24 hours). They are very slow to wire the money from the sale and have terrible customer service. They said we were lucky to have it at that point because they can take as long as 48 hours to disburse money. This caused undue stress for the closing we had on the house we were buying.

Kelly is amazing. Our lender was difficult and unresponsive but Kelly worked with us every step of the way. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
