Tina Choi - State Farm Insurance Agent

Tina is a wonder. First of all, she listens to what you need, then responds expertly to your concerns. She knows the business! And yet, above all, she is personable. She can relate. And she will utilize her knowledge to get you the best rates and services. I have been a client for well over a decade, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my insurance!

This is my favorite insurance agency and specifically State Farm office :) I've been under her service for about 2 years (previously I was with different State Farm agents). Even though Tina's office moved little further away from where I live, I am planning to stay under her service. The customer service is amazing. Tina and Emily have always taken the time to educate me on all the questions I've had about my insurance and how to protect myself from potential risks. Not only were they by my side when I bought my insurance but also they contacted me regularly to ensure that I am I'm receiving all the discounts that I'm eligible for. They've always gone the extra mile to ensure that I'm completely happy and satisfied!

Tina is great! She always answers my questions as if I were one of her most lucrative clients (I assure you, I’m not), and treats me with cheerful respect, while telling me about different ways I could be saving money. Her team has always been professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never needed her for an auto accident (and I hope I never do!), but expect that she would be just as helpful in that situation as when I’m walking in her office to hand her money. Possibly more so, since she’d know what needs doing, and I have no clue.

My sister referred Tina to me when I was searching for my new insurance provider. Tina and her team are very knowledgeable and patient. I finally understand there’s something called “umbrella” policy that can protect my properties with better premium. Highly recommend this agent!

She's a great agent and she listens to customer's needs. I would recommend her to my family and friends! I talked to her team members as well and they are also helpful resource when Tina is not around.
