We had to switch banks because of fraud problem, and our automatic payment failed twice - causing the insurance company to cancel us. Brian went to bat for us and got our policy back. He's awesome. If we had gotten insured through a web site, we'd be scrambling to find a replacement. It's good to have an agent, especially one this good.
