I was advised by my brother , Morales to check into home insurance. He is currently with this company for his car insurance. He called Tim to let me speak on his behalf. I want to express my appreciation for the welcoming feel of this office! Tim greeted me with a smile and I was happily slobbered on by the office dog, Penny. We were very successful in getting home insurance bundled with my brother's auto for an unbelievable quote! My Father gave the home to my brother and he needed to insure under his own name and policy. My Father's previous home insurer was a referral from AARP, unfortunately it did not serve or protect my Father only continued to raise his annual premiums! Tim's office is super friendly and very very helpful. They will actually call just to check on you. They'll call and make sure if any past issues or claims that I've made are being taken care of without using the outreach as an opportunity to market a new product or extra coverage to me. And Sarah, she is the absolute best. She always makes me feel like my issues are actually important to her. It's not that often anymore that you find someone that goes out of their way to be so helpful. I would switch agents just to be able to continue working with her.

Tim provided excellent customer service and his front office staff were super friendly and helpful. State Farm has provided a very competitive bid for comparable coverage. Sarah, Tammy and the whole Tim Surber State Farm team are absolutely amazing! If I could give them 6 stars I would! They are knowledgeable, kind, caring, and they always seem to go the extra mile when I’ve needed help! Not to mention anytime you call in you get to talk to an actual person from their team and not a machine or answering service and in today’s world that’s pretty fantastic!
