Tim was my agent for years before I relocated. He is very knowledgeable in the insurance business and he cares more about your needs than making a sale. He is very professional and really takes the time to go through everything with you. Highly recommend writing your insurance with him!

Tim has been our State Farm agent for more than 30 years. Always does a good job explaining coverages or helping with claims. We've had other large insurance carriers tell us not to bother looking around because State Farm is a great value. We've never had any issues with claim coverage, major price jumps, or threats of cancellation after filing a claim like some companies do. Even when I backed my van into my husband's pick-up truck, which is essentially two claims at once... Or deer strike claims a few years in a row... Or 2 weather related accidents within 10 days.

Enjoyed having this insurance agent however when It came time for me to switch to another insurance due to cost they did not cancel my policy on time even though they received the information so I was charged nearly 100 dollars. It took over two weeks to receive a refund check in the mail And when I did they had charged me over twelve dollars for ONE day of insurance. That is ridiculous. I called state farm and they never got back to me about it. True colors show when they can no longer benefit from you I guess.
