We have had a fantastic experience working with tiger adjusters after a house fire in October. Brendan is our adjuster, and my husband and I could not be more pleased with the work that he has done for us. When we first assessed the damages of our fire, we truly had no idea how serious the damage was or how much it would affect our home. Brendan came in for our initial inspection and got us way more than we ever could have imagined. He has been extremely responsive throughout this entire process. We’ve had him add items to our contents list numerous times, and he has taken care of it within minutes, every single time. He has sent emails to my insurance carrier before 5am sometimes. These guys are absolutely worth hiring and earn their money! Brendan and Rob are professional and friendly. Handled my entire claim beginning to end, with the only thing needed from me was an extra phone call to a plumber I had hired. Nothing but great things to say about them! Michael and his team at Tiger adjusters are fabulous. They took immediate action on my claim having an adjuster at my home a mere 30 minutes after my initial call and the mitigation company shortly thereafter. Michael was always quick with his email correspondence. Various team members were also quite helpful. In particular, Ona was amazing, providing regular communication, keeping me updated throughout, making a stressful situation so much easier. Though I don’t remember everyone’s name, they were all so efficient, kind and thorough. I am very grateful I found Tiger and highly recommend their services.

Knowledgeable great people. My insurance tried to low ball me but with pushback from Tiger Adjusters they changed their mind. They also have people to assist with work that needs to be done and Mike is another knowledgeable one.

Sent them my insurance paperwork. They should have know majority of my claim would not be covered. I received a check less than my deductible. I would have not put the claim in. But they wanted that commission money, not caring about my premium going up. So think hard about trusting this company.
