We've been with this company for over a year and ended on terrible terms. I reached out to our insurance provider, Marc, and asked if we had windshield coverage for our vehicle. He stated he "forgot" to add windshield and collison and would do so immediately. Here is where things went wrong: - I did not know my policy was ending and about to renew. So i paid $110 for this coverage even though I added it a week or so before our policy ended. Marc should have been clear about this and saved us money. - Another major red flag is that Marc saw by adding windshield coverage, it more than doubled our bill each month.
