I cannot recommend this organization enough. Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and exceptionally thorough in every aspect of their work. We began using Mike Rice at Thomas Ward Insurance Group a few years ago when our long time agent stopped carrying Erie Insurance. In the few years we have been with them, we have appreciated their responsiveness and proactive handling of our insurance. At this year's time of renewal, we received an analysis of our total insurance costs and a comparison of other companies to help us make an informed decision. This was provided without us requesting it and was really great to have that proactive service. They were also able to quickly respond to any and all questions I had about the quotes. Every time we have needed help, we have quickly gotten the assistance we needed from Mike or one of his team.

I had a great experience working with Gina and Eimis. They answered all my questions, were honest and up front, and worked quickly to find us a policy that made the most sense. Sometimes buying insurance can feel like buying a used car, depending on who’s selling it. I never got that vibe from them. I never felt rushed or pressured. The process was transparent and relaxed.
