We have been going here for our insurance needs (home, auto, etc.), and the level of service is exemplary. David in particular has gone above and beyond multiple times in helping us navigate the multiple thorny California home insurance process issues, and it’s that attention to detail and personal touch that keeps us with this provider.

For more than ten years, my mom and I have entrusted Sandy at Allstate Insurance with our needs, and her service has been exceptional. Sandy's warmth, professionalism, and proactive nature have consistently provided us with peace of mind. Her ability to fluently communicate in Chinese has greatly assisted my mom, and she ensures we understand every detail regarding our claims. Sandy patiently answers all of our questions, which makes us feel truly valued. Thank you, Sandy, for your unwavering support throughout the years!

This company is just a rip off to their cliental. Charging over twice the amount of a monthly payment at the policy renewal. Seems that they are now charging a fee for renewing your policy with Allstate. After numerous calls for clairfication they finally said that it is an Advanced Payment but still they are not giving a grace payment during the duration of the policy time. They will just be collecting extra payments each time your policy is renewed. I can't speak for others but for me it puts me in a financial strain in trying to cover the rest of my bills for that period of time. Allstate is only looking to money at the expense of policy holders. I am not in Good Hands with Allstate, their slogan is just a bold face lie.

The agents of this location violated California Insurance Code Sections 791 - 791.27, the Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act (IIPPA). After sharing my phone number with them, I started getting numerous calls and threatening text messages from its agents(caller ID All State Insurance). If you care about your privacy, stay away from them!

I appreciate the transparency and responsiveness of this agency. They always ensure I get the discounts from being a multiple policyholder.
