For eleven years we have had coverage from Grushon insurance, we depended on Gwen and her family for home, auto, umbrella, and multiple business policies. Recently we have had a deeply frustrating and severely unprofessional experience with Gwen and Thomas-Grushon Insurance regarding a claim. From the start, we were sent in circles. We were first told to file under our builder’s risk policy, then under our contractor’s general liability policy—both placed through their office. After weeks of back and forth, the adjuster informed us our policy would not respond because it was missing an “errors and omissions” clause. I have been with Thomas & Grushon for 50 Years, after first signing up at age 16, all I half to do is stop be the office or call and they will fix anything I need done. change policy, find me a better rate, add or remove a car, report an accident, answer any dumb question I may have, and always friendly. What more could anyone ask for. Thank You
