There was a few issues with billing that took a while to fix but they helped me through it and made it right!
I have nothing but RAVE reviews for Pat, Theresa, and Joe!! They were upfront and honest about my home insurance being a little high with them even when bundling and gave me suggestions in the best route. They have broken my auto insurance up into two payments to make it manageable. I get responses very quickly from polite and knowledgeable staff when I text, and that is super helpful for me because I work in a call center, and that's the best way to communicate for me. I can't say enough nice things and I highly recommend this office specifically.
Pat was very helpful. As opposed to my last agent. We'll keep in touch I am sure. Had a really nice talk with Theresa. Showed me all I needed to know about my policies. HIGHLY recommend.
