Theresa Scott: Allstate Insurance

My experience with this agency was disappointing, particularly regarding communication and policy management. After vacating the property, I was unexpectedly kept on the insurance policy for an additional three months. Despite sending multiple emails to both the general contact and Theresa directly, I received no response. When I called to request a simple address change, I was told to call back due to her being busy. Subsequent calls went unanswered. However, when I requested to cancel the policy, she suddenly had time to assess my new home for coverage, despite my repeated requests to cancel outright. I was told cancellation documents would be sent, but they never arrived. After numerous follow-ups, I finally spoke with another representative who promised to process the cancellation. T

This is the worst agency to deal with when it comes to getting anything done. It seems that none of the other employees know how to do anything except Sara. They increase the premium every 6 months by $10-20 even for good drivers. On top of that, they never return your call unless you call multiple times. Even emails don’t get answered. So glad that I switched to a different insurance company and now I am paying 1/2 of what they were charging me.

I am not happy that my insurance has consistently gone up every six months when it should be going down! Good drivers should not be held accountable for uninsured drivers by paying more. In addition I feel that my agent could at least act like she respects my business. Loyalty should mean something. Because my agent only sees me as a number, I am leaving as soon as I can. Where there is a will there is a way; even if it is only on principle. If someone doesn't respect you leave them alone. As a Senior discounts of less than a dollar is a slap in the face. Nor should one's privacy have to be invaded by using apps to get a lower price. Wisdom (found & acquired by age & experience), shows that AI & the internet no longer allows for privacy. Elders should not be expected to pay for & navigate

Definitely not professional and after reading all of the other reviews maybe Allstate should look into her best practices. She has never sent me a welcome package or called when you told me should would on multiple occasions to discuss my policy. I even had one of her staff call me to tell me my insurance was cancelled and I made a payment 4 days prior on the due date. Maybe the whole staff are in need of customer service training! I would not recommend this office to my enemy.

This office lack communication and professionalism! My insurance was late due to me starting a new job and pay issues. I contacted Ms. Scott and made arrangements to pay my insurance. I submitted payment, sent her an email and assumed all was well. 2 months later I received a check in the mail for the amount the has been paid to date, stating my coverage was terminated. I was beyond mad. Ms. Scott nor anyone from her office contacted me. I occurred an insurance violation because of her lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend her services to anyone.
