I'm sorry but I've given this agent several chances. They never follow up. Never return phone calls, no return emails. No, it's just a horrible experience overall. I've been with Allstate since 2016 I believe. I'm just so over this dude in his office. The other thing is I have a fabulous agent in Georgia consistent but I can't get the same kind of customer service. I would love to have the same agent but however living in California have to have two different ones
