I decided to get my insurance reviewed to increase my coverage and my liability limits to protect myself from the sue happy people of today - and Mackenzie at the Sanford Agency was super friendly, proactive and responsive. Got my three vehicles and house covered by Farmers now. Even SAVED me money, while increasing my coverage! Awesome. I look forward to being with them for years.
Mackenzie was really helpful and answered all my questions and Nina was very personalable and even followed up with me on her personal number. It’s very rare to find this kind of service anymore. Mackenzie + Nina = 10/10 recommend
My vehicle was stolen in North Carolina while at a hotel, they hacked my 2020 jeep Cherokee got it back all the electrical system,driving,was tore up, they replaced the instrument display, glass, a month later my motor went out they didn't fix that.....
Friendly people, great insurance, always helpful and answers all questions. Highly recommend.
