The Rowan Group Insurance

I spoke with Kim this morning to help get a mutual customer's insurance updated for their new vehicle. She was incredibly helpful and friendly!

Becky was wonderful, and did everything she could to help me when my former insurance company sent mail to my former address and canceled my policy d/t a lack of a reply from me (because I never received said mail that would have been particularly helpful in that case), but when I got a new car, the girl (I won’t say her name here), that took over made no effort to help me find lower rates for full auto coverage, even though she said she would, and overall treated me like a number rather than a human being. For the record… every single quote I’ve gotten from every agency I’ve called has been half of what I was told I would get with at the Rowan agency.
