This spring, the 4 payments were changed. Instead of every 3 months, they have changed it so that the premium is paid more up front. My renewal was due April 1st. My second payment was due 6/22. I now have another payment due Sept. 1st. This is a real hardship for a couple on a fixed income and a business that makes no more in the summer than in the winter. Arron is our rep. and he is great. Hopefully, he can help us with this.
