I called to ask questions about how to file a claim or what steps I need to take after my car got hit. The vehicle who hit me has this insurance. I'm NOT a fan of insurances (auto and medical) as the staff can be down right rude! WOW!!! Today, I was very surprised, happy and relieved with how the phone conversation went with Sandy!!!! Sandy was absolutely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. She helped me with my claim. She answered my questions and IMO, she genuinely cared about me and my circumstances! We need more Sandy's in this world!!! Thanks for helping me out!

Very professional. Chris Meinberg knows his stuff - former senior claims adjuster. He’s a great guy and honest. They have a staff person who works as a liaison between their insureds and the insurance companies. Independent agents, so they can shop the best rates and best companies to fit your insurance needs.

Would not pay any on roof damage, would not refund any of my premium payment when I canceled.
