6 years i been paying insurance and never going to office never complaing about insurance rates, no tickets no accidents. Then i had plesantry of meeting Donna. Passive agressive and should have been retired long time ago. Imagine insurance agent who cannot look up a quote. Imagine insurance agent losing 2 physician household due to her own lack of trying to be helpful. Well thats what this insurance group has become. They would love to stay at home, make paycheck and let dealership handle it all. Go elsewhere because your time and money is valuable. And thank you Donna for not being helpful. It helped me get out of your business venture quick because changing insurance and a car should not feel like brain surgery.
