I've been working with James Mindingall for the last few weeks to change my insurance products and he has been fantastic. He's extremely attentive and responsive. He goes out of his way to provide excellent service. This was my first time using an insurance broker. I was very apprehensive, but James made the process smooth and he has earned my continued business.

Just recently switched my car and home insurance to go through McCormack Agency. Dana King was able to lower our price by a bunch and even increased our coverage and added an umbrella policy and gap insurance for our new car. My mom a car accident in November. She called and talked to Lauren. Lauren kept her on hold for one hour then when she came back on the line she was either eating of chewing gum loudly. Worst customer service. They used to have a sweetheart named Michele she was the best and friendly. The company is clearly going down hill.

Called this morning to file a claim and whoever its dealing with this. Such a nasty attitude she's not paying for my insurance i dont know if she owns that agency. If she's not the owner fire her immediately.
