I worked with an agent named Jeff. I was having an issue with the insurance company I was through. I had them take something off my insurance to lower the price and they turned around and charged me more. If course I wish I had gone through my agent instead of going right to the insurance itself. I was rerouted to Jeff and he was fantastic. Looked into it and found me a new policy with a new insurance company. Thank you so much.
