I only just signed up with The Johns Family Agency, and coming and seeing they have all 5 star reviews does not surprise me. After a search with several agents for insurance on home, auto and landlord policies, Nicole and her team were the most responsive, with clear communication, and finding the best fit for our needs. If I don't downgrade this review, assume that I'm enjoying this 5 star service beyond onboarding. Definitely would recommend based on our experience.

The Johns Family Agency are great! I reached out to this Agency due to their high google ratings. My request was for quotes for commercial business and malpractice insurance, along with Disability, Worker's Comp, and personal auto insurance. They were timely in responding to my inquiry, patient with my review of the policies, and transparent in their process. They were honest and upfront about not being able to beat my current auto insurance policy, but did excellent work with the DBL, WC, and malpractice policies. These were all done by phone and email; very seamless. I highly recommend The Johns Family Agency!

I have known Nicole and her company for at least 10 years. I’ve never had the opportunity to be able to refer people to her until this week. I referred to. They were attentive they were responsive. They were fairly priced and their availability to produce the necessary results was incredibly on point. I hope I get more people to refer to her and her company. They were wonderful.

Every time I need something, new car added, claim needs to be submitted, update policy, The Johns Family Agency makes everything so uncomplicated. I never feel overwhelmed, but I still understand what's happening. They are always kind, warm and helpful. I'm not afraid to ask questions to them, but they usually answer all my questions before I need to ask. I really can't say enough how much I appreciate being a customer. Feeling like your in good hands does make a world of difference!

Nicole Johns and staff provided me with superior Service . They gave me a simple explanation of the coverage i purchased for my co op apartment . They really care about there customers . I called a couple of insurance companies before i found this company . Very professional with a rate i was comfortable with . a great company Highly recommend them .
