The Colorado Ave place is great do not try to call this other store because Everytime you will get an automated computer instead of a real person and they will never contact you with your insurance quote.

Got new tires today and tire guy recommended I call this place for insurance. The first phone call was fine, sort of. I spoke to Tom. I said I was looking for quotes for affordable car insurance. He asks my license number and type of car and says I can get insurance right now for like $50 down and $63 a month. Then he asks for my routing number. He says you have to pay autopay via a checking account or the insurance company charges way more. I was in a public place and didn’t want to say my bank account number out loud, so I said I’d call back. I call back an hour later and asked for the name of the insurance company. He said Bristol West. I Google them and they have over 200 1-star reviews from customers about horrible customer service and/or being overcharged or charged hidden fees they

This place has gone way downhill. I was supposed to be getting $12 off a month for years on my auto, but they didn't apply it. (Found out yesterday when I called the vendor directly to cancel the policy) Yet i had to talk to these agents to so everything like billing coverage etc. They don't return your calls. They told me to submit a claim after i said what happened for a non covered item a few years ago, thereby jacking my rates. (They had my policy right there! Read it before you give me wrong advice!) When it came to home policy i asked the agent to pull it up and copy identical coverage from last year and she refused stating she couldn't access it (b.s it's literally their job to access my policy) i asked them numerous times to copy my declaration to new mortgage servicer over the las
