I had the worst experience of my entire life with this business. I would rate my experience a zero if I could. The receptionist was awful and for the first time in my life, I left an establishment embarrassed and in tears. When I came into The Holmes Organization I was not greeted kindly at all. The receptionist looked at me and rolled her eyes as soon as I came in. I said hello, introduced myself, and stated what I was there for. She did not acknowledge me at all! After standing there for 2 minutes waiting for her to reply I finally asked her if she was going to assist me. She spoke to me in the most condescending disrespectful tone.
