Signing up for Medicare (A&B) is easy. Shopping for a Medicare supplement and drug coverage plan is not. I spent hours trying to get answers to simple questions, and still, insurer representatives did not understand what True Out-of-Pocket costs were, that having creditable coverage prior to Medicare affects coverage for preexisting conditions, and more. Fortunately, I found Laura Kogan at The Health Insurance Shoppe who answered my questions, enabling me to get exactly the coverage I needed. Plus, she was a pleasure to work with. My only regret? Not starting with Laura to begin with. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to Jordan through Get Covered Illinois and Jordan made understanding the health insurance options simple and easy. He made sure my doctors accepted the insurance and gave me a few options to choose from. At the end of the session I was signed up with health and dental all way under what I was paying the last 3yrs. Can not recommend The Health Insurance Shoppe and Jordan enough. Laura is amazing! She has gone above and beyond helping me get the right insurance, year after year. Recently she even called my Dr. Office and managed to get me a mammogram appt. after I was denied one because my order had 'expired'. Awesome service, cannot recommend her enough.
