This company is making the process very hard. In this word requiring to send all the documents via fax is ridiculous. I'm sending same documents over and over again every time have to go somewhere where I can find FAX. Given that I'm sick on a leave it doesn't seem reasonable. There is no communication in between the company. Notes left by one person and not read by another and again I'm getting same paperwork nagging me to send another papers. Company is still in 1980s.

I am too upset to share details of my experience. Simply put it feels very wrong and possibly unethical on how this system is set up for work place benefits. I do not recommend this company.

Just googled something last min and found this spot they where nice and fit us in asap did wonderful job on my boys big heads we will be back thanks so much justin
