Could not get multiple local insurance companies in Ohio to insure our property due to roof and siding condition. Was going to resort to getting insurance thru the State. One last attempt, I called Gibson and a great lady Leslie actually listened to my concerns AND loved what she did! Most insurance folks seem to pretend to smile but are miserable. I could tell Leslie was genuinely happy that she could sort out my problem with this property. Now I get her to re-quote all of our other properties that I know I'm paying to much for with our other companies!
