The General Insurance

I will not recommend this company to anyone. I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist, so I had to use my own insurance. I was paying for full coverage, so I assumed I would get a rental while my car was being repaired. I was shocked to find out that not only did I not have car rental coverage, but I also could not file for injuries because I was told that I didn't have uninsured motorist coverage either. So I asked, " What in hell does full coverage cover!"? I never got a sensible answer. I was sure as hell paying full coverage money for a 66 year old woman with a good driving record. To make a long story short, I had to pay my own deductible and provide my own transportation. My Son was in a accident and the adjuster denied his Claim saying he was in a single car accident but there is black paint on his car and his Car is Silver the Car hit him and he spined out of Control and hit the Median on the intersection.. The Adjuster was very inconsistent very unprofessional he Acted as we where bothering him and his Supervisor my Son said he had witnesses he looked that over and sent a Engineer out whoever they sent on the NAVY base lied that's for sure we are definitely handling this situation Today its been weeks we give all this Money for them to say no and your not at fault if i can't get Results we are getting a Lawyer..

I was not helped at all. I was lied too and I was left stranded to pay 150 out of pocket for a tow even though I pay for towing and road side assistance. The lady on the line wouldn't listen to what I was telling her. She was condescending and told me what she wanted to tell me to get off the phone. Had I not called around to get MY OWN tow I'd still be stuck on the interstate as she lied and said they were coordinating me a tow truck that never showed. As a 51 yr old grandmother stuck in the middle of nowhere with a 2 yr old and a 11 yr old and to be left stranded by a company that I PAY for the services monthly is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I had a policy with this company, but switched. They sent 27 dollars to a collection agency and put it on my credit. I was not notified via mail or email. Nowhere on my online account does it say that I owed anything. I received tons of mail and emails to renew my policy, but none stating that I owed anything. I called to speak with someone and they were very rude. I do not recommend this company at all!

Will not cover your vehicle if your in an accident. Waste of money. Everyone who has this insurance needs to go ahead and file a lawsuit against them. The insurance adjusters will not bother to look at your vehicle and they claim to never hear from their customers. Liars and theives.
