I have been with the Fenske Agency go over 10 years. I finally had to place a claim on my shed that was destroyed during the tornado storm that took place in June.I was sent to a desk adjuster named Matt that had me do all the work. Such as take pictures, find the prices of all of my damage, then go purchase all of the items that I had lost including my shed. And don’t forget to hire a contractor. No one came to my house. Talked to Rachel a couple of times and all she would do is laugh. Which made me even more upset and hurt that I pay for home insurance 3500.00 a year and couldn’t get any help from my insurance company.
